What's the future of Rajinikanth's Rana?

For the third time in two months, Superstar Rajinikanth was admitted to hospital, this time to Sri Ramachandra Hospital inChennai on Saturday due to pneumonia, renal and gastro-intestinal problems. The 61 year old actor is currently being treated for recurrent respiratory infection and a stomach ailment.

Rajni was first taken to the hospital from the sets of his much awaited Rana when he complained of fatigue and vomiting on April 29. This was the first time in his career that he was hospitalized for a health condition on the sets. Rajni's ill health was a matter of great agony to his fans and Kollywood.
Now it would be interesting to know the fate of his much awaited film Rana, directed by K.S. Ravikumar. In this film, Rajni plays a triple role and Deepika Padukone is one of the female leads. It is said that in Rana, not a single frame can be shot without the Superstar.
